With 100,000 square meters commercial space, 178,000 square meters residential space and 5.5 billion yuan planned investment,this is a key project along the Jinlang Line in Shenyang City, and is adjacent to the Shenyang North Station, which has an annual traffic about 51 million people. The golden geographical location is self-evident.
The project aims to reshape the value of the original Lotte plot through urban renewal. The purpose is to create an international commercial scene that connects the subway, high-speed rail TOD, and North Station. The commercial part plans to create a "Big Digital Immersive Stage" with the theme of creating a joyful and immersive space, and ultimately creating a unique and leisurely urban complex landmark in Shenyang city.

The surrounding immersive interactive installations, which incorporated cutting-edge technology, were a significant draw. Many participants were attracted to experience these installations firsthand and shared their experiences on social media platforms.
This magical interactive device is actually made of NEXNOVO LED glass, covering an area of about 600 square meters. With the original idea of "create and shape the central axis of Shenyang's image through innovative forms such as special spaces", the creative team took the full advantages of the rich spatial gaps in the exhibition center to design such an interactive LED glass step.

Completely different from the common "standing" application of LED glass,this project with LED glass laid flat on the ground requires special design and processing in terms of load-bearing, protection performance and heat dissipation performance.
The detailed layout of this new commercial shopping center project follows the principle of "beautiful + practical". The LED glass floor screen adopts three-layer laminated tempered glass and high-strength aluminum alloy material structure support,and with perforated aluminum plate at the bottom and translucent frosted mask on the surface for embedded installation.
Considering the extremely high transparency of the LED glass,this project uses perforated aluminum plates to reduce the exposed concrete at the bottom of the steps and achieve an overall transparent and light visual effect. Through the reasonable arrangement of aluminum plate packaging and punching, the sealing of the built-in power supply is ensured while improving the heat dissipation performance and maintaining the stable working state of the LED photoelectric glass.
The LED glass floor screen has an additional layer of tread glass, which further improves the waterproof and safety of LED glass. Its load-bearing capacity can reach 1.5-2 tons per square meter and IP65 waterproof and moisture-proof. In addition, the surface layer uses a mask treated with frosted technology to prevent slipping and glare, ensuring the safety of pedestrians and the comfort of viewing.
Customers can interact with the LED glass floor screen by just stepping forward, and experience an unprecedented immersive interactive experience. For example, as the footsteps move, there will be splashing water, blooming flowers, halos, and broken glass.
The interplay of light and shadow makes people feel as if they are traveling through the future world. A dynamic "scenery" picture is outlined on the main axis of the city, reflecting the romance and relaxation unique to Shenyang city, and also leaving a different "imprint" for tourists on their trip to Shenyang city.
