Hangrong Building belongs to the large state-owned enterprise Aviation Industry Corporation of China Limited(AVIC). The building is located on the bank of the Huangpu River in Pudong, Shanghai, in the center of the Expo section, with the Mercedes-Benz Performing Arts Center to the north and the China Art Palace to the west. With a total construction area of 55,700 square meters, 17 floors above ground and 4 floors below ground, the building is equipped with various functions such as coffee shop, convenience store, canteen, office and business facilities.
