This unique viewing tower is located in a sports park in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province. It has three sides equipped with about 200 m² Novoglass facades, making it the highlight of the park. This project overcame multiple challenges during the design, production, and construction, demonstrating the successful integration of Novoglass technology and architectural design.

Challenge 1: Ultra-large size, concise style

The maximum height of single IGU in this project is 3.5 m. To keep the transparency effect and enhance the integrity of the graphic, each IGU glass adopts a vertical hidden frame structure.
The spacing between the lamps beads at two connected panels is smartly controlled at around 40mm, perfectly achieving the visual effect of seamless for the glass screen. Also, because of the height of single panel up to 3.5 m, there were some challenges of large-size circuit design and production. Through the advanced technology and excellent LED viewing quality, NEXNOVO demonstrates its outstanding technical capabilities in the field of large-size LED glass facade.
Challenge 2: Aerial Installation and Anti-Typhoon Structural Design

The tower is 20 m above the ground, so the installation is very challenging. NEXNOVO construction team operated precisely to ensure that Novoglass was safely and accurately installed. Considering the climate characteristic of Wenzhou, which is a city along the sea with many typhoons, the cabinet adopts a high-strength support system. Passing rigorous calculations for wind pressure resistance and vibration resistance, it can remain stable in strong typhoon and other extreme weather conditions.

With the unique expertise, NEXNOVO brings visual technology into architecture, enhancing cityscapes and setting a new benchmark for cultural and tourism lighting.
